Friday 26 Augustus 2016 is the day of the official opening of our community home and the activities club (taller)!
We have invited about 60 people from local authorities, people of good will who have helped us so far and people from the neighbourhood.
From 9.00 to 10.30 a.m. we have a celebration program with speeches alternated by performances of the SOS children’s village dance group, the blessing of the community home, the cutting of the ribbon, and a guided tour of the house. And to round it off, there will be a snack and fruit juice while the cheerful music of ‘chicheros’ entertains us.
The time difference with the Netherlands is 8 hours, so from around 5.00 pm onwards you will be able to celebrate with us in your thoughts!
