The Dutch tax office has recognized the Vivir Juntos foundation as a charity organization (= ‘ANBI instelling’).

Vivir Juntos does not need to pay taxes for the donations or legacies it receives. It therefore benefits to the full from any money that you donate or bequeath to our foundation.

If you are based in the Netherlands and are a Dutch tax payer, a gift to Vivir Juntos may also be fiscally beneficial to you (the donor), because sometimes the amount you donate can be subtracted for income tax purposes. The Dutch tax office has regulations for periodic donations and different regulations for ordinary one-off donations.
