In July Ruach entered a Global Giving photo contest with the cover photos of our two projects. In the previous blog you can admire these pictures. The picture shown above is for our new “Ruach Optics” project.
For each of the pictures we added a captivating caption:
“Open your eyes, really see one another. We are all worthy of being seen: with or without disabilities; with or without special tools. ‘Ruach Optics’ will help to make that come true!”

Unfortunately neither of our two entries were shortlisted for the 100 pictures competing for prizes through a public vote, so we could not ask you to vote for ‘our picture’. Nonetheless, please have a look at the Global Giving website and be inspired by so much good work and worthwhile causes taking place all around our beleaguered world.
